I love Zoe's look here. It is casual and chic. Opt for a higher waist jean or spanx if you have a little bit of a tummy. Don't want a muffin top when you tuck in the shirt! ;)
I had a hard time finding a similar bag to hers but any nude tote bag will do. Also it is hard to tell what exactly type of shoe she is wearing but any nude shoe as well will work.
I have purchased Victoria Secret's jeans before and they are of good quality. These ones are particularly on sale, so why not get good jeans on sale! I also have been addicted to chiffon lately. I have been buying a lot of shirts made out of chiffon lately and they are so lovely! This one from forever21 is just adorable, and the color is oh so fall.
