Vivienne Westwood Red Label Spring 2011 RTW Collection

My 6 favorite pieces from the Viviene Westwood Red Label Spring 2011 RTW Collection:

I love the easiness of the look here but its still very sophisticated and chic. My favorite would be the plaid pencil skirt even though I am not a huge plaid fan.

What could I not love about this outfit? I like the curve hugging look and the ruffles. What I really like is that it hits the knee. It is important to know that if you are to look for a body skimming dress, try to make the dress knee length. This is because you don't want to look trashy, you want to appear sophisticated yet sexy! ;)

Another beautifully body skimming dress with ruffles at the top. What makes the design unique (and fun!) is how the ruffles are asymmetrical.

Can you tell by now that I like dresses that are curve hugging. Being an hourglass shape myself I like to show off my slim curvy body. If you have it, why not flaunt it!

I thought this was quite adorable. I love the colors and the shape is easy yet trendy.

I love to see designers at the end looking very happy. Every designer should be proud of what they make. It takes a lot of effort into putting out a collection and they should show it off!

I was going to review the Vivienne Westwood's Spring 2011 RTW Collection but saw this one and favored it more. I think this is much more me and I can definitely see myself wear one or two pieces from her collection. The makeup was quite interesting as well. It reminded me of how the vikings would wear blue paint on their face before battle. Although I never thought of these looks to be battle appropriate. I found it as an interesting and unique touch. I like how simple the hairstyles are as well. Very flowy waves, which have been very popular this year (and looks to be popular again next year). I thought the heart in the background was appropriate for this weekend because of Halloween. For some reason it scares me with all the veins poking out. Although very creative and unique!

P.S. Have a safe and fun Halloween weekend! :)

Celebrity Fashion Weekly Edition

This week's celebrity fashion will be on the star of High School Musical and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Ashley Tisdale.

Where to copy this look all for under $100!:

Cardigan: Slouchy Shawl Cardigan from metroparkusa.com for $79
Jeans: James Jeans- Lycra Twiggy Slate for $100
Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell "voom" Rain Boot from Nordstrom for $70
Handbag: Beige large music bag from debenhams.com for $40

I don't know much about Ashely Tisdale nor have I watched any of her shows or movies. But I really do like her outfit. It looks very cozy and warm. I have been really addicted to cardigans lately. Whenever I go shopping I gravitate towards them and on my Christmas wish list I have at least 3 cardigans on them. They are so easy to wear and go with everything. This would be perfect for a rainy day as well (with a rain coat of course) because it seems to me that she is wearing rain boots. I couldn't find a handbag similar to hers for much less. It is a designer print so it would be hard to find something similar that is inexpensive. I think this handbag would do and it would match the outfit well.

What jewelry could you wear with this outfit? Here are some ideas!:

From Left To Right: Both are from Forever21: Rhinestone and Chain Accent Necklace- $9.80, Falling Leaves Necklace- $14.80

From Left to Right: Both from Forever21: Artisan Metal Hinge Bracelet- $6.80, Vintage Floral Ring- $5.80

These pieces of jewelry would complete your outfit and add a touch of glam. The ring is just adorable and the rhinestone necklace is just beautiful (for the price of $10!).

To take this outfit into the evening, take off those rain boots and trade them in for a pair of black stilettos. Take off the cardigan and just wear the tank top or tee underneath! And of course have fun! :)

What do you think of Ashely Tisdale's outfit? Do you ever wear rain boots just to wear them or just when it is raining out?

Hope your having a wonderful week! Talk to you all later.

Another Halloween Outfit Idea- Retro!

Halloween - RetroHello everyone!

Are any of you stumped to what you want to be on Halloween or are you the last minute outfit kind of person? Here is another great idea for a costume. Other than purchasing your own costume you can pull out pieces in your wardrobe similar to up above and go for the Retro 1940s and 1950s look. This can be very inexpensive look, maybe you already have what is needed and you won't need to spend a dime! Now who would complain about that! For hair and makeup, I came across this awesome hair tutorial inspired by Joan from Mad Men
Do a retro smoky eye, put on some fake eyelashes, put on red lipstick and your good to go! :)

Hope you enjoyed this look. What are all of you going to be for Halloween?

It's Halloween Time!

Believe it or not, Halloween is just one week away. So you better have an outfit planned out! If not, do not fear. Here are some of my favorites. I found all of these on halloweenfantasy.com.

This one is just too adorable! You could also re-use these socks for later! :)

This was my most favorite board game when I was little. I loved all the little places the players went in the game. I use to imagine in my head what it would be like to walk along a path made of candy (hehe).

This is such a cute all American look.

This costume was actually named Heidi Hottie (haha). So of course I had to put it on here! I do like it and it is quite cute. And why can't I call myself a hottie for a night?
My mom by the way named me after the book, Heidi. I remember watching the movie and reading the book when I was little. It was quite a depressing book!

The traditional southern bell. And can you believe that this costume is only $50? I couldn't believe it either! Such a beautiful gown. You could definitely re-use this for many occasions.
This would work perfectly for anybody who attends Rendezvous Festivals. I think they mostly hold them back west in the U.S. They hold two of them in Wyoming. One in Pinedale and one in Lander- old ghost town. What it basically is, is a bunch of people re-enact the time period in which when the Native Americans and Mountain Men traded among each other in the old west. People dress up as either one and they have booths full of Native American crafts. They also have awesome food! I miss the Buffalo Burgers! Very yummy.

Ok, anyways I am getting excited for Halloween. I was invited to a party and I have yet to figure out what I am going to be. I think I am going to do the whole Masquerade thing that I did with the Polyvore outfit last week. Since I don't have much of a budget to go along with!

What are you all going to be for Halloween? If your not going to dress up what will you be doing on Halloween?

It's Christmas Time at Victoria's Secret

Victoria's Secret just released their holiday wishes catalog. Here are some of my favorites from the website and catalog!:

Metallic Stripe Crewneck - $58

I love everything about this sweater, from the color right down to the metallic stripes. It's so sexy without showing anything...

Cotton and Cashmere Cozy Open Cardigan Sweater - $ 39

I love cardigans during the fall and winter. They are so cozy and warm. They are perfect for everyday and just being cozy on the couch watching movies.

Wool-Blend Boatneck Tunic for $49

This looks so comfy to wear and so warm. This would look perfect with a pair of leggings and black knee high boots or booties. Also this tunic looks so chic while being so effortless, which is a plus!

Braided Boatneck Sweater - $68

This is one sexy sweater. Off the shoulder sweaters are very sexy without being over the top. I love the braid detailing on the collar.

Beaded Sweaterdress- $98

What a gorgeous sweater dress. This would be perfect to wear on a date and to parties. I love the little beaded stripes throughout the dress. Makes the dress unique and fun.

Slouchy Cable Sweaterdress - $78

Another cute sweaterdress. This would look so cute with leggings and boots walking in the park, shopping or what have you in the fall and winter!

Lace Shoulder Tunic- $39

I love the lace peeping out from the sides and the effortless shape. This would look great with skinny jeans and heels on those holiday parties.

BCBGeneration Shearling- lined Lace up Bootie - $149

A little spendy for a little bootie I must say but when the annual sale goes on in January make sure to see how much they take it off for the sale! I really like how it semi looks like a hiking boot but at the same time has a heel! :)

Colin Stuart Foldover Platform Boot - $79

Yes, these boots are only $79! Which is a good price for how nice they look. They are quite sexy and have a wonderful rich dark brown leather to them.

Colin Stuart Crystal Back Bootie- $95

Another spendy shoe, so look out for it in January annual sale! I really like the leopard print booties. Animal print is huge this season, and this is such a wonderful little touch to your wardrobe.

The Fireside Long Jane Pajama -$49.50

These Pajamas just came out last year. They look quite comfy and cute! They are the perfect lounging around pajamas.

And on my wish list:

Sequin Tunic- $248

If I could fork out $248 dollars right now I would so buy this and all the above. I love the sequin detailing and how elegant it looks. This would definitely grab attention so you better be prepared to be noticed!

Victoria's Secret is one of my favorite stores to shop at, both physically and online. In store they have the most amazing bra's and no other brand has measured up. The bra's work wonders for my chest and some of them I don't even feel like I am wearing one! I also love their online store. Many don't know that they sell clothing, shoes, makeup/beauty products, and swimwear online. Before I lost all that weight over half of my wardrobe was Victoria's Secret clothing. I have yet to make an order, and I intend to soon. Though my budget isn't the same as it use to be. :(
I always look forward to their annual sale because you can get great deals on their clothing and lingerie. I remember looking at sweaters that once were $80 sold for only $30. Good deal! Always look forward to the sales!
I asked for Victoria's Secret Gift Card for Christmas so hopefully I will get one! So if you don't know what to get me for Christmas, get me a Victoria's Secret Gift Card, haha.

What do you think of Victoria's Secret and what other stores do you love shopping at online?

P.S. You can get the free catalog by ordering online- victoriassecret.com or you can call customer service at- 1-800-888-8200. 24/7.

This weeks Celebrity Fashion Edition will be on The Hills star Lauren Conrad!:

Celebrity Fashion

Where to copy this look for all under $100!

AE Woman's Flannel Plaid Boyfriend Shirt for $30 at American Eagle
Woman's Skinny Jean for $40 at American Eagle
White handbag for $58 at yesstyle.com
Chelsea Crew T-up for $30 at Gap
F6376 Sunglasses for 6.80 at Forever21

Lauren Conrad always has cute, wearable styles. I really like her line at Kohls. It is very laid back yet trendy and chic. This outfit would be perfect to wear on the weekend just laying around watching movies or going out to the mall!

This is an outfit made for the weekend and not really made to transfer into the night time. But if you must wear a tank top underneath for later. Then when night time comes take off the shirt, trade in the shoes for a pair of heels and the handbag in for a bold colored clutch. You are ready for an evening out!

What do you think of Lauren's outfit?

Harpar's Bazaar Feature Photograph Shoot, November 2010: Gloria May Jagger

Daughter of a Rolling Stone, mother and model, Gloria May Jagger:

First off, the background is just divine. Can I have that bedroom please? Her outfit is just gorgeous and so sexy! And I want those shoes!

Very sexy cut-out dress. I could definitely see myself wear something like this if I had the courage to show my sides!

I love sparkles, so obviously I am going to love this outfit! This would work perfectly for holiday parties and events. I love her hair in this picture as well, so glam!

Another dress I could definitely wear. So beautiful and the detailing is just extraordinary. Those earrings are on my wish list (if I had pierced ears!).

What a sexy revealing outfit! I think my boyfriend would really like me to wear this! I love those shoes as well, I want.

Very Hollywood glam with a touch of modern day sexy.

I love this up close picture, she looks so care free and gorgeous in this picture. Love the dress!

Gloria is definitely a bombshell model. What I really like about her is that her teeth is not perfect. My teeth are not exactly straight as well and I like that she has chosen to not fix them regardless of being a model. This can show young teenagers that everyone is beautiful!

What do you think of the photo shoot?
