Celebrity Fashion Weekly Edition- Winter Outfit Edition!

This week's celebrity fashion edition will be on the beautiful actress, Kate Bosworth!

How to copy this look for under $100!:
- Sweater: Angora Crewneck Sweater for $49 from Victoria's Secret
- Jeans: Life in Progress, Vintage Skinny Jeans for $24.80 from Forever 21
- Boots: Aerosoles Aerolite Mink Suede for $59.99 from onlineshoes.com
- Handbag: Warehouse Small Leather Buckle Detail Satchel for $86.20 from ASOS

Kate Bosworth's look is very cute and looks so very comfy! This would be a perfect look for every day, running errands, shopping, and just lounging around! The sweater pictured from Victoria's Secret does come in a camel color but they also have the color above and black if you don't want to wear that particular color.

This outfit despite it's casual appearance is very easy to transfer into the evening. Layer a tank top underneath and just take off the sweater and pile on some chunky jewelry and your good to go! Oh, and make sure to carry a small clutch inside the handbag. :)

Also Kate does not have any jewelry on so here are some ideas if you can't live without wearing some type of accessory!

From left to right, both from Forever 21: Layered Antique Bracelets for $8.80, Large Filigree Ring for $4.80.

These two pieces would look perfect with this outfit!

What do you think of Kate Bosworth's outfit?

Polyvore Outfit of the Week- Resort Wear

Resort Wear

Ready to take a vacation? And need an idea of what to wear? I thought this outfit would be so cute on your way to the resort! Wear a cute summer dress, heels, and a chic summer tote and you will fit right in! And always wear those statement shades. They always make the outfit! Just looking at the picture in the background makes me want to go away somewhere it is nice and warm. I can just hear the sound of the waves. Oh, it sounds so peaceful! And drinking margaritas or a fruity girly drink at the beach sounds pretty nice too right about now. I remember when I went to Hawaii when I was in High School and I had a Virgin Margarita at the beach and I enjoyed it so much! Though I burned my back like crazy! :(

Where would you like to go on vacation if you could go anywhere?

Ylonka Verheul for Vogue Turkey January 2011

This editorial is simply amazing. The fashion is dark, romantic and mysterious at the same time. I love the backdrop of the photos, somehow the photographer made an abandoned place look extraordinary! I am not too crazy about the hair and makeup but the colors are pretty!

I never knew that there was a Vogue Turkey, so that was interesting. I wonder how many countries Vogue has issues/editions with? Does anybody know?

What do you think of the editorial?

P.S. Writing 2011 is so different. This year went by so fast! I can't believe it will be 2011 in just 4 days!

MsFashinista was interviewed on Smashion!

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to surprise you all till today that I conducted an interview with Smashion. Smashion is much like Ebay but you don't have to pay to sell. I have found my coat and a couple other little things on there that are just fabulous! The buying process is really easy (paypal is all you need!) and most of the items being sold are barely used to brand new. Everyone is nice as well and quick about responding to questions and comments.

Go check them out along with checking out my interview Q&A's! It is not that special but at least my blog was featured! :)

Hope your Christmas weekend went well!

Vera Wang Resort 2011 Collection

I love this dress. The asymmetric design and mixture of fabrics are gorgeous. I also love those shoes!

This would make a great special occasion dress. It has such a fun shape but also sexy.

I love how they added the wrap onto the dress. A fun way of using your summer dress in the spring time!

This look is simple yet oh so sexy!

I would have never thought of mixing these two colors together but they look amazing together.

I love the dress appears just like a simple black sheath dress then there is big side ruffles on the side. Gives a unique and interesting touch to the outfit.

I have always enjoyed Vera Wang's collections. I love how Vera mixed different materials together and making it look amazing. I absolutly love the shoes in all the photos up above. The little leg warmers are cute as well.

What do you think of Vera's resort collection?

A Thomas Kinkade Christmas

May you and your family have a wonderful Christmas! I hope all your wishes came true and you got what you desired!

I have always loved Thomas Kinkade's paintings. I always love looking at them around Christmas time as they look so beautiful and peaceful. Also it makes me want to live in such a place. To live in a little cottage with tons of snow and where everyone knows everyone sounds nice around the holidays. It makes it more special and fun. Are you a fan of Thomas Kinkade?

I mostly just got gift cards. To: Macy's, Victoria's Secret, Master Card Gift Card, Bebe, and Starbucks. I also got a espresso machine maker and the perfume Aqua Di Gioa. Love the perfume, it smells so good! I am excited to try out the espresso maker, as it is nice to have a treat occasionally! I already spent the Victoria's Secret gift card and got some, leggings, a sweater dress, tunic sweater, boyfriend cardigan, and mascara. I am so excited to get them! The over-sized boyfriend cardigan was on back order till the 4th which is alright. I can wait till mid January for them. Also it will be a great outerwear piece when Spring comes.
Ryan has already played the two games he got. I got him the zombie game add on for the Red Redemption game. He is enjoying it quite a bit. That makes me happy! :)

What did everyone get for Christmas?
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! :)

Celebrity Fashion Weekly Edition

This weeks celebrity fashion edition will be on the 90210 star Jessica Lowndes!

celebrity fashion

How to copy this look for all under $100!:
- Jeans: Stephanie 14 Lavender Boot Cut Denim from Metroparkusa.com for $74
- Jacket: Juicy Couture Cotton Twill Military Jacket for net-a-porter.com for $90
- Tee: Day Birger et mikkelesen Navy Striped Jersey Top from net-a-porter.com for $40
- Boots: Wrap Around Ankle Boots from Forever 21 for $40
- Scarf: Rhinestone Fringed Scarf from yesstyle.com for $18

I don't know much Jessica's style on 90210 or in her real life but her outfit here looks casual yet chic and trendy. This would be great to wear to the mall, grocery shopping, errands, to work (if casual work environment, or just about anywhere! The jacket she was wearing here is originally from Express but I couldn't find it so I am assuming it is sold out. I think this green military jacket or any green jacket would suit fine!
This outfit is very casual and not really meant to transfer into the evening but if you must...I would take off the jacket, scarf, and boots. Then put on lots of chunky gold jewelry and a pair of sexy heels!

Today was such a great day. I got to work at my other job which I really enjoy and then I got a call that I won an iPad from my new place of employment. I have only been working there for about 3-4 weeks now. They were holding a contest and I entered the last minute. I couldn't believe I won! I am so happy! I have been playing around with it since I got home. It is so nice to use when you just need to browse the internet and such. Everything looks big and the clarity is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking into buying it.

Also I just reached 100 followers! Do you know what that means? If you haven't read my previous post I included that if I reach 100 followers by the 1st of January I will be hosting a giveaway for such great appreciation for following my blog! I don't know what the prize will be but I am thinking along the lines of a gift card of some sort as it is hard to pin point every one's taste. Unless I find something I know everyone will like and within my price range.
So look forward to the giveaway! I will be hosting the giveaway around new years. :)

Well, anyways enough of my blabbing I will talk to you all later! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! :)
