Review of the Hana Hair Dryer

I was asked by Alisa from Misikko to review the HANA Hair Dryer. I felt so honored to review such a highly rated hair dryer and of course I said yes! Plus, my old hair dryer isn't the best. Here is my review below:

It came in this really nice box. Perfect for storage and for future use when moving, etc.

I opened it up and it was nicely packaged and I really liked how they paid attention to the design of the box.

And then I was so surprised by all the little extras that were added with the package. So nice of them! It included nail files, hand sanitizer, eye lash curler, Bobbi Brown Makeup Brushes, Eye Mask, and my most favorite the Paul Mitchell Clarifying shampoo and Detangler Conditioner. It also came with a little travel size of their shine serum.

Blow Dryers can be one of those things that if you don't spend a little extra on it, it can either damage your hair or making you spend hours styling your hair. Both of those things are not good! Misikko carries this wonderful hairdryer among many other products such as the Original Chi and T3 Hair Dryer.
The Hana air dyer has 2 fan speeds, 3 heat settings and a cold shot. It also came with a concentrator to attach to the nozzle. It has the most far advanced infrared ionic heat. It has pure tourmaline crystals that add shine and antibacterial ions. What is even more great is that it has a really long cord- probably over 5 foot.

My first impression:
I was very impressed with the sleek design and how lightweight it was. I also really liked the really extra long cord.

Daily Use:
I dry my hair every other day. I don't clean my hair ever day so that I can keep my hair healthy and shiny. I also used the concentrator to style my hair as I dried my hair.

Verdict:
At first I was a little disappointed with it. Then after a few days I soon grew to learn how to use it and now I love it! At first it blew out very little heat. I was like, what the heck? It took about 10 minutes to dry my hair. I have very long hair that is fine but I have a lot of it. I also have naturally straight hair and I typically don't have problems with frizz but I do with volume. The Hana hair dyer made my hair a little extra voluminous and really shiny. It also made my hair super soft and made my hair color stand out even more.
Another thing that I was amazed by was how much air it released, even with the low setting. It literally blew my hair around! The only problem with that was that it tangled my hair super fast. I just learned after that to use the concentrator and use a brush as I blew my hair.

Pros:
- Makes your hair really shiny and soft!
- Lightweight.
- Extra long cord.
- Sleek Design.
- Really high air speed, even on the low speed.

Cons:
- Price: $195 - originally $315. This can be pricy for most!
- Not enough heat. Although contrary to belief, the less heat and the longer it takes to dry the hair, the more healthy it is for your hair.
- It took me about 10 minutes to dry my hair. This might seem like nothing to some people but I don't like spending more than 10 minutes to style my hair.

As with the little extra's that was sent to me, my most favorite products were the Paul Mitchell Detangler Conditioner and the Hana Hair Serum. The serum made my hair extra shiny and soft. The conditoner, oh my, if your hair tangles easily like mine, you will love this! It was so easy to comb through it afterwards.

Have you tried out the HANA blow dryer? Do you think that this is worth investing in?

Always,

Note: I am not being paid to review this product. However, I was sent this hair dryer for free to review. This has not made me biased in any way. My opinion is very honest!
